Rates are on the move again. 📈 Freddie Mac reported this week that the average 30 year fixed rate is now 7.03% and the 15 year is 6.42%. Both went up from last week and are well above where they were a year ago.

I know headlines like that can make you want to hit pause, but here's what I tell my clients. If you've been dreaming about life at the Delaware beaches, waiting doesn't always save you money.
