A lot of people call this the “blue tape meeting,” and picture showing up ready to pepper the walls with tape to find a hundred mistakes. But if you’re working with a quality builder and the right team, it should never feel confrontational.

The walls are UP at 2700 NE Crestview Street! 🏠✨

We have officially hit one of my favorite milestones in the build process: Drywall! 🧱

Now that the framing and mechanicals are tucked away, you can really feel the flow of this 2,472 sqft layout. It’s no longer just a shell, you can actually visualize the dinners in the kitchen and the mornings in the primary suite. Adams Pointe Village is looking better than ever!

What’s next?
Once the walls are smooth and ready, we head into the Interior Finishes stage (think trim, doors, and the start of that beautiful detail work!). 🛠️🎨
