Congratulations to the graduating class at Wayne State University Law School on these incredible outcomes. 🎓

A 95.2% full-time, long-term employment rate and an 88% first-time pass rate on the February 2026 Michigan bar exam are remarkable accomplishments — and a reflection of the hard work, resilience, and commitment these students have shown throughout law school and bar prep. 🎉

At JD Advising, we are grateful to have supported many Wayne Law students on their bar exam journey over the years. Seeing their success — both on the bar exam and in launching their legal careers — is always rewarding for our team.

Congratulations again to the Class of 2025 and the entire Wayne Law community on this milestone achievement! 🥳

Historic results for Wayne Law's Class of 2025.

95.2% of graduates secured full-time, long-term legal positions, a new all-time high. And on the February 2026 Michigan bar exam, 88% of Wayne Law first-time takers passed, compared to 61% statewide.

As Senior Assistant Dean Lisa Fadler shared: "Wayne Law is very happy to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our graduates, whose exceptional academic achievement, employment rates, and bar success exemplify the caliber of talent nurtured within our institution."

We are so proud of you, Class of 2025. Continue to do great things.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us for JD Advising’s 3-Day “10 Weeks Before the Bar Exam” webinar series 💙

We truly enjoyed walking through what effective, focused bar prep can look like as you head toward the July 2026 exam.

If you weren’t able to attend—or want a quick recap—here’s what we covered:

Night 1: Rethinking your study approach
• Common bar prep pitfalls
• Why passive studying doesn’t work well
• How to find more study time
• Building better structure and consistency
→ Key takeaway: strategy and time management matter as much as effort

Night 2: Building a realistic 10-week schedule
• Structuring weekly study blocks
• Balancing MBE, essays, and MPTs
• Setting realistic practice goals
• Creating a schedule that fits your life

Night 3: Strategy + accountability
• How to adjust when you fall behind
• Smarter memorization and practice review
• Staying motivated and on track
• Identifying and improving weak areas

Across all three nights, one message stood out:
Success on the bar exam comes from studying intentionally and strategically—not just studying more.

If you’re unsure about your current plan or want help refining your approach, we’re here to support you.

One of the highlights of our time at the AASE Conference this week was presenting on a topic we care deeply about:

“Beyond the Curve: How Law Schools Can Proactively Support At-Risk Students to Improve Bar Pass Rates.”

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to connect with academic support professionals and educators from across the country who are doing meaningful work to help law students succeed—not just in law school, but on the bar exam and beyond.

The conversations, ideas, and shared commitment to student success throughout the conference have been truly energizing.

Today is the final day of the conference, so if you’re attending AASE, there’s still time to stop by our table and connect with the JD Advising team. We’d love to meet you.

We’ve loved our time at AASE and appreciate everyone who attended our session, connected with our team, or took the time to speak with us throughout the conference.

Thank you, AASE, for such a thoughtful and collaborative conference experience. ✨

Missed Part One of our 10-Weeks Before the Bar Exam webinar series last night? You still have time to join us tonight and tomorrow!

Last night, we covered some of the biggest mistakes that can quietly hurt bar exam performance, including:
• Passive studying
• Unrealistic study schedules
• Ignoring weaker subjects
• Losing valuable study time to distractions

We also shared practical strategies to help students:
✔ Find more study time through “time trades”
âś” Set realistic weekly study-hour goals
âś” Build study habits that are actually sustainable

One of the biggest takeaways:
If you want a different result on the bar exam, you need a different approach to studying.

Tonight, we’ll help you build a realistic 10-week study schedule that works for your life — whether you’re working full-time, studying part-time, or studying full-time.

There’s still time to join us live tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET — and we’ll also be sharing a special offer during the webinar!

We’d love to see you there.

✨ We’re excited to be at the AASE Conference at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas this week!

Today at 10 AM, the JD Advising team will be speaking and connecting with academic professionals from law schools across the country about one thing we’re deeply passionate about: helping students succeed in law school and on the bar exam.

Over the next few days, we’ll also be at our table sharing resources, having meaningful conversations, and learning from educators who care just as much as we do about student support and long-term success.

Come by for the candy and cards — stay for the conversations about bar exam success, academic support, and helping students thrive. 🍬📚

If you’re attending AASE, we’d love for you to stop by and say hello 👋

And if you’re not here in Las Vegas, we’ll be sharing highlights throughout the conference!
