What’s happening in the Las Cruces real estate market right now? Buyers have more choices, sellers are making price adjustments, and pricing your home correctly from DAY ONE matters.

Here’s your September snapshot for site-built, single-family homes category in the greater Las Cruces area:

📊 125 homes SOLD
🏗️ 35 were NEW CONSTRUCTION
🏠 90 were RESALES
✍️ 129 went UNDER CONTRACT
⏰ 43 listings EXPIRED without selling
❌ 25 listings were CANCELLED
🔑 About 624 homes are currently FOR SALE

And here’s the number sellers really need to pay attention to...

Almost HALF of the homes that sold in September had a price reduction before they sold, with the average reduction coming in at about 5%.
