Hit Back Law is seeking a Medical Records & Property Damage Coordinator to join our team in Laredo, Texas!
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented professional to support our personal injury practice by coordinating medical records and managing property damage claims.
Key Responsibilities:
● Request, organize, and track medical records and billing statements.
● Coordinate with case managers to ensure timely retrieval of records.
● Manage property damage claims from filing through resolution.
● Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and repair shops.
● Review police reports, track vehicle repairs, and provide claim updates.
● Maintain accurate documentation and handle confidential information appropriately.
Qualifications:
● Experience in medical records, insurance claims, or a legal/healthcare setting preferred.
● Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology.
● Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
● Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

🕒 Schedule: Full-time, in-person
💼 Compensation: Commensurate with experience
