As we have maintained from the outset, Mr. Siders, Sr. is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and we will continue to vigorously and zealously represent him in this matter as we begin our Defense investigation of these allegations.

Continuing to echo the same concerns I've had from the beginning about the unnecessary and inappropriate comments by the State Attorney General, which created a media firestorm and made this situation far more challenging than it ever needed to be.

I continue to challenge the public to allow the legal process to play out, and to provide the Siders family with the same presumption of innocence that each and every Defendant is entitled to.

A gag order has been issued in the cases of Christina and Gary Siders Jr., but Baum said he can still speak about his client’s case.
