Another successful Keaty Real Estate Quarterly Meeting in the books! 🚀

Last week, we traded the office for a beautiful day down in Pecan Island at Jim Keaty's camp!

We kicked off the morning with breakfast, followed by Jim and Ethan Broussard Real Estate sharing company updates, our latest numbers, and some exciting new tools coming to Keaty Real Estate!

We also had two great guest speakers! Craig Grove, Broker/Owner fo GRT Realty (aka “The Brownsville Guy"), shared with our team his firsthand experience as a Realtor watching SpaceX transform the Brownsville, TX area. We also heard from D.R. Horton Louisiana West about new construction updates, upcoming neighborhoods, and what's ahead for homebuyers.

After lunch, we headed out to the area of the proposed SpaceX Starbase development for some team photos and a little exploring!

But the day didn't stop there! Keaty Real Estate also hosted a public community forum where Kaplan Mayor, Mike Kloesel, shared what he knows about SpaceX and what its arrival could mean for Pecan Island, our land, economy, and future. Craig Grove, Realtor joined us again to share how SpaceX has impacted everyday life, real estate, and growth in Brownsville, Boca Chica, and South Padre Island in Texas.

A HUGE thank you to our staff for putting together such an informative and insightful day, to our guest speakers for sharing their knowledge, and to everyone who came out!

And a special thank you to Jim and Danielle for opening up their camp and giving us the perfect little getaway from the office to learn, connect, and spend some quality time together.
