Maryville ranks among the top places in all of Tennessee to raise a family. The high school sits at 25 out of almost 400 schools in the state. And Maryville College, right here in town, was the first college in the entire United States to offer a degree in sign language back in 1974. Over 1,200 students from around the world come to that campus.
