🏝️ SOLD | When Pride of Ownership Pays Off 🏝️⠀
⠀
The story of 17210 Angelfish Lane! 🎉⠀
⠀
Our seller did an absolutely incredible job creating this home, but what happened while it was on the market tells the story even better.⠀
⠀
The eventual buyers toured the property and noticed a few things they would change or repair.⠀
⠀
Most sellers would wait for an offer.⠀
⠀
Not ours. 😂⠀
⠀
He went ahead and took care of them. ✅
⠀
The buyers returned. Another small item came up.⠀
⠀
Taken care of. ✅⠀
⠀
It happened again, and once again, our seller improved the property without a contract or any guarantee these buyers would ultimately purchase it. ✅⠀
⠀
That is simply who he is.⠀
⠀
The buyers continued their search, but every property they toured had one big challenge.⠀
⠀
They had already seen 17210 Angelfish Lane.😍⠀
⠀
Nothing else quite measured up to the quality, care, waterfront setting, pool, boating access, and incredible home our seller had created.
⠀
Eventually, they came back to where their search started.⠀
⠀
Now this beautiful Sugarloaf Key home has new owners, and we could not be happier for both sides!🥂⠀
⠀
Congratulations to our seller for creating something worth coming back to and to the buyers who recognized just how special it was.⠀
⠀
And a special thank you to Loren Rea, the buyers agent with Truman & Co., for being such a pleasure to work with. It was especially nice to bring this one home as an in house transaction!🤝⠀
⠀
Who you work with matters.⠀
