🎉 Congratulations, Derek Epperly! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to congratulate Derek Epperly on becoming the FIRST District Vice President (DVP) of the newly formed District 4!

This is an exciting and historic moment as District 4 brings together the Florida Keys Board of REALTORS®, Key West Association of REALTORS®, and Marathon and Lower Keys Association of REALTORS®—creating one strong voice representing REALTORS® throughout the Florida Keys.

Derek’s leadership, dedication to our profession, and commitment to serving our REALTOR® community make him the perfect person to lead District 4 into this new chapter.

Being the first to hold this position is something special, and we couldn’t be more excited to see Derek represent the Florida Keys at Florida REALTORS®.

👏 Please join us in congratulating Derek Epperly, District 4’s DVP!

Three Associations. One District. One Florida Keys REALTOR® community. 🌴🔑🏡
