Under contract doesn’t always mean off the table! 👀

Both 3131 Deserthawk Loop and 3914 Barbera Street are currently under contract, but active with a bump, which means they are still available to tour!

A bump clause typically allows the seller to continue marketing the home while the current offer includes a contingency, often the sale of the buyer’s existing home.

If another acceptable offer comes in, the original buyer may be given a specific timeframe to remove their contingency or step aside, depending on the contract terms.
