Two years in a row 🥈 (Lance Kenmore I’m eye rolling at you) 😂🫶🏻
RE/MAX Northwest Tri-Cities was voted Silver for Tri-Cities Best Real Estate Brokerage again this year and I’m just so proud.
I love this brokerage. I love our agents and the culture we have created here. And I think that’s makes me the most proud. We all know what we have here and it shows every day.
There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes in real estate that people never see. The phone calls, the problem solving, the late nights, the contracts we sit around and pick apart together, the questions that get thrown across the office, and the agents stepping in to help each other when someone needs it. Specifically the last few months when I was completely out of it after my father passed away. This office stepped up for me in so many ways and it meant the world.
We have really good agents who want to be better. They share ideas, they help each other, they learn from each other and they genuinely want to see the person next to them succeed. There’s room here to ask questions, make mistakes, grow your business and figure things out alongside people who have your back. And ultimately, I think our clients benefit from all of it.
I’m really proud of what we provide our agents, but even more proud of what they turn around and provide to their clients, this office and our community. I get to work with a pretty incredible group of humans every day and I don’t take that for granted.
