Steve has a Masters of Business Administration, from New Hampshire College, Manchester, New Hampshire. He has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, from
Plymouth State College, Plymouth, New Hampshire. Steve got his Juris Doctor, May of 1990 from Weston New England College of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. He graduated Honors Cum Laude. He now owns and operates a small law firm, in Keene, New Hampshire, with an emphasis in real estate, corporate law, and commercial law. He represents a number of businesses and banks relative to formations, collections, and various legal matters. He has provided substantial representation to creditors in regard to bankruptcy matters, workouts, foreclosures, and collections, and has given a number of seminars on collection law to attorneys and businesses. Steve began as an associate and then became a partner in a small law firm in Newport, New Hampshire. Since then, he has represented a number of businesses and banks relative to formations, collections, and various legal matters. We help our clients resolve family law matters relative to divorce, legal separations, dissolutions of civil unions, property division, child custody, child relocation, child visitation, child support, alimony (spousal support), modifications of orders, enforcement of orders, contempt-of-court actions concerning orders, guardianships, terminations of parental rights, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements and domestic violence. Representing Creditors in Collection Cases and Foreclosures
Creditors rely on our legal expertise to represent them in collections and foreclosure cases. We send demand letters of collection on behalf of creditors to customers who have not paid for their services.
