Carnival knows how to do summer right. If you have not been on a cruise lately, put it on the list. It is one of the most affordable ways to actually unplug.

Speaking of affordable, the Waller and Richmond markets are giving the same energy right now. Value that makes you feel like you found something nobody else knows about yet.
