There were a LOT of obstacles that presented themselves as a result. Marla and her team handled things with ease and kept us informed every step of the way. They gave us option for navigating the chaos and we prevailed in the end.
From what I've heard from our realtor and Marla, our experience was kind of an anomaly with all the seller issues, however our faith in Marla and our realtor getting us through and keeping the cost benefits on our side brought us to the finish line.
