the Commission of Georgia Office of Dispute and Resolution. Fernando is the founder of Andrade & Associates (A&A) Mediation and Peacebuilding Consulting Services, a non-law firm. The vision is to help the community understand our society's rules and regulations through information, education, promoting peacebuilding and avoiding conflicts, or finding a resolution to those differences that affect them in daily activities. The mission is to facilitate those in conflict with an opportunity to come to the table, be part of the conversation and resolve their differences, and continue their lives, maintaining a relationship and peacebuilding.

I officially received my certificates and proudly share them, signed and apostilled by MiKK, where I'm trained by the organization as a Cross Border Family Mediator (CBFM) and named an Ambassador to represent MiKK in the EU here in the Southeastern USA, which allows me to work internationally with Central Authorities and the Hague Convention's rules.

I'm pleased to share with you the certificate of completion for the training "Evidence-based Evaluation in Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE)", organised by the EU Knowledge Hub on Radicalisation Prevention. This training will help me to continue promoting peace and the understanding of dealing with the cause of radicalization, which is created by traumas, whether they are from war, domestic abuse, natural disasters, divorces, or the lack of governments to protect and provide services to their communities with mental disabilities, which is a disease that, terrorist groups, misinformation and desinformation, gangs, and mob thinking alike individuals take advantage to radicalize creating an unbalance in our society.
