We were honored to be the chosen guides for these two sets of happy new home owners!

Kenny found Linda on Zillow because of her solid reputation and 5 star reviews. Little did he know he was getting a team! He was such a delight to work with and we are so happy to see him take the leap into home ownership!

Linda and her husband have known Zach since middle school and yet it was one of our recent customers who referred them to us. They are a beautiful family who were upsizing and we found the perfect home for them!

This sweet family reached out to The Linda White Team last February asking if we could help them pursue their dream.

They had the beautiful two story home with 4 bedrooms, a pool, in-law suite and huge movie room upstairs. The hadn’t out grown the house or their community, they just wanted to have all that in a more rural area in another state.

Once they completed their short “HomeWork” list we had professional photos taken and we hit the market. 9 days later we were under contract! We are happy to announce that they are closed and completing the finishing touches on their new home!

Tyger met Joe and Michele Murphy in 2022. She showed property to Joe in person while Michele joined on FaceTime. She trusted her husband and me so much that she didn't even see the house in person until the day of closing. They enjoyed their beautiful home these last four years but have decided to try a different part of Florida. They reached out to the Linda White Team to make that change a reality!
