Not every home sale starts off with a good story. Sometimes we are called upon to guide people through difficult times. This was Tyger’s first Short Sale of her career and she put her Short Sale and Foreclosure Designation to the test. A short sale happens when for various reasons the seller cannot sell their home for what is owed to the mortgage company and circumstances don’t allow them to hold on to the property any longer. The process takes longer because the mortgage company holds all the keys. So there are a lot of moving parts. It takes great patience and tenacity from all involved to see it through to a happy closing. It helps to have very cooperative sellers, wonderful buyers and buyers agent to work with.

Congratulations to Angela Lovin and her buyers. We hope you enjoy many years in this gorgeous home!

When the sellers reached out to Linda White, Real Estate Professional, United Real Estate Gallery back in October they let us know that they would be interviewing a few real estate agents. Millennials make savvy sellers and wanted to interview all of the agents who had recent sales in their neighborhood. There were some very good Realtors on their list that all had the same strategy. So what set us apart from the rest? They like the idea that there were two of us. Two professionals with complimentary skills that they could trust to see them reach their real estate goals.

**Congratulations to these adorable NEWLY WEDS**
This precious newlywed couple was referred to us in October. We met them on a Monday for a buyer consultation appointment, showed them properties on Thursday and Friday. We went on our Business Planning Cruise on Saturday, wrote the offer on Sunday and went under contract by Thursday! Closed 36 days later with $12,000 in equity! We are so happy for them and as proud as two proxy-aunts could ever be!
