🔥 Closed: $25.2M → ~$26M by 8/31 (S $10.4M / B $14.8M)
🔥 Pending: $5.7M (S $1.5M / B $4.2M)

At this pace, we’re on track to hit ≈ $39M closed for 2025… that’s a 77% increase over last year! 🚀

Here are some of the common myths…

1️⃣ “You can only use it once.”
Nope! You can use your VA loan multiple times—even have two at once in some cases. 🙌

2️⃣ “Sellers won’t accept VA offers.”
Not true. VA loans close just as strong as conventional—some folks just don’t understand how they work. That’s why having the right agent matters. 😉

3️⃣ “The VA appraisal ruins everything.”
Actually, it’s just looking out for safety stuff—most issues can be fixed, just like any other loan.

I encourage you today to seek someone out and make them smile.

Buy coffee for the person behind you, leave a larger tip than normal, hold the door open for the person walking in behind you even if there are a few extra steps away.
