For our 2025 homeowners, this is a friendly reminder about Florida’s Homestead Tax Exemption.
If your home is your primary residence, applying for this exemption can help lower your property taxes — but it’s not automatic.

Applications are due by the end of February.
If the deadline is missed, you’ll have to wait until next year to apply, which can lead to higher monthly payments.

We’ve shared this information directly with our recent clients, but wanted to post it here as an extra layer of care — just to make sure it doesn’t get overlooked.
