The primary bedroom should be the calmest room in the house. This one started as the opposite. 🛏️
The doorway was broken out. The floor was damaged. Parts of the walls were torn open. It needed a full reset — so we rebuilt it from the studs out.
We completely renewed the walls and ceiling, repaired the doorways, and added new casings, switches, outlets, a vent fan, and a restored window sill. Every small piece added up to one big change.
The room went from unrecognizable to the kind of space you'd actually want to wake up in.

The bathrooms were the hardest "before" in the house. 😮‍💨
Damaged cabinets. Beat-up walls. No doors at all. These rooms needed a near-total gut — so that's what we gave them.
We took the popcorn off the ceilings (turned out we'd do that through the entire house), replaced the baseboards, and leveled every wall. Then the rebuild: new cabinets with modern countertops, a fresh glossy finish on the tub, brand-new flooring, and new doors throughout.
You would not recognize these rooms from where they started.

If there's one room that sells a house, it's the kitchen. So we went all in. 🍳
We re-did and replaced all the plumbing, then opened up the wall into the dining room to let the space breathe. The cabinets were repaired and partially replaced, dressed with all-new hardware. We upgraded to a high-end countertop, hung new doors, and brought in modern appliances built on the latest tech.
The result doesn't look renovated. It looks new.
This is the room we're most proud of in the whole house — and the numbers at the end will show why it mattered.
