"Brian arrived at a point of my life when I needed someone to take the reins, organize me and set deadlines for a move I really didn't want to make. The task of keeping up an old house and 7 acres in repair was beyond my ability (old) and the property taxes were crushing. Brian did exactly what is stated under services: plan, declutter and downsize, sell/donate/clear, prep the house for sale. My property was different because of the acreage.
