The most recent update from the State Admin Office of the Court's has updated with the following for our

"Washington Courts Network Status Update (Nov 18): The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is in the process of bringing up systems on the Washington Courts network, following successful work and testing throughout the weekend.

While forensic analysis is ongoing, according to security experts, AOC has taken all steps necessary at this time to secure systems and the unauthorized activity that was detected has been eliminated.

We can confirm that there was no detected breach of data and the event did not result in ransomware, due to quick action taken to isolate and secure the network. A post-event release will follow the next meeting of the state's Judicial Information System Committee in December as we learn more.

As we continue to bring up the system, it is anticipated that there will be intermittent disruptions as the network and its applications are highly interconnected and operating in a new technical environment.

To help minimize disruptions, the Blake Refund Bureau, the Appellate Court Document Portal and e-filing for appellate courts will continue to be offline until the network is stable.

We appreciate the public's continued patience as we work towards providing full restoration and functionality."

For all of our clients that have been effected by the Odyssey portal outage . We have completed an update on how this outage is interfering with the right to bear arms.

Checkout the blog located here to view how the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), and Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) are pushing for legal action should the issue continue.

The Washington AOC outage is becoming a larger issue than originally anticipated. Even to the extent that it is impeding civilians right to bear arms!

"November 12, 2024 - Update on Washington Court Network Outage:

The Administrative Office of the Courts anticipates service interruptions to continue throughout this week, while work is ongoing to secure and reestablish the Washington Courts network.

While analysis is ongoing, there is no evidence that any court or personal data has been accessed, altered or removed during the unauthorized activity that was detected.

Reconnecting our trial and appellate courts safely to the services they need is our number one priority, and we are working to ensure the security and stability of our systems at this time.

In the meantime, impacts to courts throughout Washington State will continue to vary by location.

We appreciate your patience as this work continues, and will provide additional updates here, as they become available."

The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts experienced 'Unauthorized Activity' Sunday afternoon. As a result every court relying on the Tyler Odyssey portal is offline without an ETA.
