Judge Carlton Biggs: All right. Well, Mr. Tucci, I think you've done a masterful job examining the officer, but the court is going to deny your motion. And this, just for the comment, uh, this would be a good case for a wet reckless.

Judge Carlton Biggs: I'm, I'm encouraging the district attorney to exercise their discretion in that fashion, but I can't force him.
