A lot of cash buyers will make you an offer over the phone.
We don't. Here's why.
Phone offers are often high on purpose. The buyer gets you committed emotionally, and then, a week later, after a "drive-by inspection," the number drops.
That's not a misunderstanding. That's a tactic.
We don't operate that way. Every home we make an offer on, we walk in person first. It takes slightly longer up front. But it also means:
✔️ The offer we make is the offer we close on
✔️ There's no surprise at the signing table
✔️ You know exactly what you're getting into before making any decisions
A small amount of extra time. A meaningful amount of extra trust.
