🚨 Retail News 🚨

H Mart’s newest location is nearing completion. The new store is located in Sugar Land on Highway 6 at Settlers Way. The space was most recently occupied by Floor & Decor, which relocated last year.

This will be H Mart’s fourth location in the Houston area, and the first in Fort Bend County. The building was originally Kroger, which also relocated some years back.

The shopping center on both sides of Highway 6 has become host to more and more Asian businesses, with 99 Ranch Market and Jusgo taking over a Palais Royal and a Target. More recently, the former Luby’s became a hot pot restaurant.
