I want to take a moment to address something important, and I’m sharing this with the same professionalism and transparency that I bring to every inspection.

Lately, I’ve experienced increasing pressure and belittling from a small number of agents during home inspections. I want to be clear: my role is not to protect a deal, defend a narrative, or make anyone look good. My responsibility is to the home, the findings, and the people who rely on accurate information.

I operate under a defined Standards of Practice, due diligence requirements, and real liability. I am legally and ethically required to report what I see. That’s the job. That’s the profession. And that’s what every client deserves.

I’m proud of the work I do, and I won’t compromise thoroughness or integrity for anyone’s convenience. I will continue to inspect every home with the same level of detail, care, and honesty that my clients expect and trust.
