✨ Celebrating 22 Years in Real Estate ✨

Today we are celebrating an incredible milestone, “22” years in real estate for our broker, Kathy Villafane.

Throughout the years, she has achieved so much, including Rookie of the Year, Realtor of the Year, serving as President of the Board, earning Lifetime Achievement in the Top 20% of Producers within the Hinesville Area Board of Realtors, and being voted Best Realtor of Liberty County for 7 years.

Beyond real estate, she has dedicated countless hours to serving the community through local events, parades, The Manna House, and many other initiatives that continue to make an impact.

What started over 10 years ago as The Real Estate Resource Center of South Georgia focused on workshops and education for first time homebuyers and sellers has now grown into a full brokerage that has proudly served the community for the past 5 years.

She also created the annual Paint Liberty Pink celebration in support of breast cancer awareness, an event that continues to bring the community together every October for an important cause.

We are so proud of everything she has built, the lives she has impacted, and the example she continues to set through leadership, education, and service.

Upcoming Open House

Today marked the last day of school and our final visit with one of the classrooms we had the opportunity to spend time with throughout this school year 💜

This year, we decided to give back a little differently. In the past, we would celebrate with one classroom during Christmas, but this year we were blessed to connect with and celebrate 4 different classrooms throughout the school year.

Over these past months, we were able to build meaningful connections not only with the students, but with the teachers as well. Watching the students grow, laugh, learn, and welcome us each visit made this experience incredibly special for our team.

We are so grateful to have been a small part of their school year and we hope every student has a fun, relaxing, and safe summer ☀️:
