The kitchen is where everyone ends up anyway.

Morning coffee. Conversations that last longer than dinner. Friends gathering around the island while something good is cooking.

This Sunday, we're opening the doors to two beautiful Lowcountry homes where the kitchen is just the beginning.

🏡 **59 Carnoustie Road #284 | Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island**
Sunday | 1–4 PM | $799,999 | Jeff Hunt & Associates, Dunes Real Estate

🏡 **209 Foxbriar Court | Riverton Pointe, Hardeeville**

Two kitchens worth gathering in. Two distinct lifestyles worth exploring.

Come see which one feels like home.

Some of the best days on Hilton Head don't need much of a plan.

Start with coffee on the deck beneath the live oaks. Wander down toward the beach when the mood strikes. Come back for a quick dip in the pool, then decide what's for dinner or whether you're going out at all.

That's the beauty of having a place in South Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island. Life here can be as easy as you want it to be.

Inside, this thoughtfully transformed 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa was extensively updated in 2024, creating an open kitchen, living, and dining space designed for people to actually spend time together. The renovated kitchen and baths feel fresh and current, while flexible bedroom options, including a first-floor bedroom and an upstairs ensuite overlooking the pool, make the home work beautifully for owners and guests alike.

Make it your full-time home. Keep it as your own Hilton Head escape. Or take advantage of its potential as a vacation rental when you're away. ☎️ Kathy Schroder Real Estate at 843-290-0380 for more details.

What if your favorite part of Hilton Head wasn't somewhere you visited but right outside your door?

Morning coffee overlooking the boats. A walk downstairs for dinner along the harbour. Live music drifting through Shelter Cove on a summer evening. And when the beach is calling, Palmetto Dunes is just moments away.

This two-story, 2-bedroom villa puts you in the heart of Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina on Hilton Head Island, with a private balcony overlooking the marina and the space to settle in and truly enjoy island life. Owners and guests also enjoy the Harbourside I pool and access to Palmetto Dunes Resort amenities, including beach access via the seasonal Dunes Buggy, golf, tennis, pickleball, and miles of leisure trails.

Because sometimes the best part of owning on Hilton Head isn't simply where you stay. It's everything waiting just outside your door.

Some places have a way of making you slow down. 🌿

Morning coffee surrounded by nature. Sunlight streaming through soaring windows. Afternoons spent watching the marsh and the changing Lowcountry landscape. Sometimes, the greatest luxury is simply having a place where you can enjoy it all.

Tucked into Moss Creek in Hilton Head Island, SC, 12 Devils Elbow is one of the community's original Golf Cottages, thoughtfully designed to complement its natural surroundings. With distinctive architecture, a light-filled Carolina room, and beautiful marsh, golf course, and pond views, this home offers a connection to the Lowcountry that's increasingly difficult to find.

And with Moss Creek's golf, tennis, boating, and recently renovated clubhouse nearby, there's just as much to enjoy beyond your front door.

Some homes simply give you more room to enjoy life. This one reminds you to slow down and appreciate it.

Wise REALTORS® don’t wing it. And this group proved it. 🦉🏆

A great group from Dunes Real Estate spent the day at the Business Unusual Conference, learning, connecting, and sharing ideas with REALTORS® from across South Carolina.

Our Broker-in-Charge, Daniel Moskowitz, joined fellow South Carolina Real Estate Commissioners for a conversation on the issues shaping the profession, and our “Wise REALTORS® Don’t Wing It” table brought home the win for best table display!

Plenty of good conversation, a few new ideas, and a little hardware to bring home.

A good day on the course for an even better reason. ⛳️

Dunes agents hit the course at Riverton Pointe Golf and Country Club for the Hilton Head Area Realtors Young Professionals Network (YPN) Drive for Charity, enjoying a little friendly competition while supporting a great cause.

We’re always proud to see our people showing up for the REALTOR® community we’re fortunate to be part of.

Good cause. Great company. Golf scores intentionally left out. 😎
