The couple who stayed at Apple Lodge were wonderful. They were here for about a month, visited many of the local music scenes, ate at the local restaurants and explored the natural beauty of the area. I love it when renters fall in love with my town. (Pssst. Sometimes, they become buyers. 😊)

We celebrate 33 years since signing on July 8 1993! Chuck had a dream to have a radio station in Highlands, though it seemed unreachable at the time. When the FCC released the frequency of 104.5, he knew it was meant to be. After many hurdles and perseverance, that dream came true. We feel honored to be the ‘local’ radio station and to have served Highlands-Cashiers plateau for 33 years. Thank you to all who have supported us. We made this award winning history book by Ran Shaffner.
