Skip

We wanted to let our clients and followers know that our orange office mascot, Skip, passed away today. Sadly, he had battled cancer in his later years. He was adopted by us at least fifteen to sixteen years ago. When we went to adopt a cat, we were told that the orange and white cat was the least friendly and least likely to be adopted. He was even dubbed “skid” initially, but we quickly saw the friendly cat he was and named him Skip. Skip made the journey with us to different homes, different states and transitioned from being an outside cat to an inside cat. Back in his younger days, he was an avid hunter. He assisted and lived with our family member who battled cancer and then adjusted to office life with us. Many clients soon learned that the raucous cry in our office belonged to an orange and white cat. He became the office mascot and introduced himself to all clients and enjoyed being held and near people at all times. He did the least amount of work, but brought the most amount of joy. 🐾
