🌶️ Bonus: "Coastal Kick" BBQ Sauce
Hosting your own grill-out at home? Give your ribs or chicken a local twist with my go-to sauce recipe. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and smoky.
Ingredients
2 cups Ketchup
½ cup Apple cider vinegar
¼ cup Brown sugar (packed)
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Smoked paprika (for that campfire flavor!)
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Cayenne pepper (adjust for your heat preference)
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Simmer: Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently so the sugars don't burn.
Thicken: Reduce heat to low and let it thicken for 10–15 minutes.
Cool: Let it sit for a bit before slathering it on your favorites!
