✍️ The testator’s signature
👀 Two witnesses who aren’t named in the will

Under California Probate Code §6110, these signatures are what make a will legally enforceable — not a notary seal.

That’s it. Simple but important — many people think a notary is needed when it’s really about the witnesses.
