They only look at Dallas and Fort Worth.
The Metroplex has 200+ cities and towns.
The right fit might be somewhere you’ve never heard of.
One of the biggest surprises for people relocating to DFW is realizing that Dallas and Fort Worth are only a small part of the story.
The Metroplex is made up of dozens of cities, and each one offers something completely different.
Some people want walkability and nightlife.
Others want great schools, larger lots, newer homes, lower taxes, shorter commutes, or a stronger sense of community.
That’s why I spend so much time helping relocation clients narrow down where they actually want to live before they start looking at houses.
The best place for you might not be Dallas.
It might be Denton, Argyle, Flower Mound, Grapevine, McKinney, Roanoke, or somewhere else entirely.
If you’re thinking about moving to DFW, what’s most important to you: schools, commute, budget, nightlife, land, or community?
