Nancy Reza:
Nancy Reza is Co-Owner and Managing Director of Taqueria Arquito.
Though her experience working in the restaurant industry 7+ years, Nancy has been exposed to the difficulties encountered by immigrants not only from the employees at Taqueria Arquito, but through her family as well. Nancy is honored to serve the immigrant community through Proyecto Inmigrante since this is a community in need that has given so much to our country.
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Texas at Arlington. She continues to seek knowledge though life experiences and being involved in the community.
Mirella Sígala:
My name is Mirella Sigala. I am originally from Zacatecas, Mexico, and I have proudly called the United States my home for the past 31 years. For the last decade, I have worked in the Sales and Management field for a company that specializes in a wide range of marketing products.
Beyond my professional life, I am deeply committed to volunteer work. Since 2007, I have been actively involved in various church groups, dedicating my time and energy to serving others. With that same passion and dedication, I have joined the Proyecto Inmigrante family, where I look forward to continuing my efforts to support and uplift our community.
Rosie Méndez:
I am a Mexican immigrant from Chihuahua, Mexico and have made a living working in the Dental field for 30 years. Working my way up to a dental assistant and business manager. Christian Zlolniski:
Christian Zlolniski is a professor of Anthropology and Latino Studies at the University of Texas at Arlington. Born in Bolivia and growing up in Spain, he earned a BA in Philosophy at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a Doctorate in Anthropology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to moving to Texas in 2001, he lived and worked for seven years in Tijuana, Mexico. He admires and fully supports the admirable work Proyecto Inmigrante carries in North Texas, and regards immigrants’ rights one of the most pressing issues of social justice in the 21st century.
Beto Rodríguez:
Beto Rodriguez is a dedicated financial professional and community leader based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As the owner of an insurance agency since 2018 and a licensed Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative, Beto brings a comprehensive approach to helping individuals and families protect their financial futures. Beyond his professional practice, Beto has served his community through years of faithful ministry, including roles as a Youth Pastor at Forest Meadow Baptist Church and Executive Pastor at The Lead Church. He is deeply committed to empowering the DFW community by partnering with local business owners and Latino organizations to bring vital resources and financial education to underserved communities. Beto is married to his wife Xiomara of 11 years and is the proud father of two sons, Nate and David.
Douglas Interiano:
Douglas D. Interiano is a Foreign Attorney who earned a Juris Scientiae Magister (Master of Science of Laws), from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Immigration Law from The City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with concentrations in Criminology and Criminal Justice, from The University of Texas at Arlington. Interiano is fully accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice and authorized to practice Immigration and Nationality Law. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director of Proyecto Inmigrante ICS, Inc., as well as Rector of the Texas Institute for Immigration Studies, the education division of Proyecto Inmigrante ICS, Inc.
