Commercial real estate sales volume is rising across Mesa County, even as the number of transactions remains relatively steady.

Through Q2 2026, closed sales volume reached $109.6 million, up 15% from the same period last year. A total of 87 sales closed, compared with 88 in 2025, showing that higher-value transactions are contributing more to overall market activity.

New construction, remodeling activity and sales and use tax collections also increased, pointing to continued investment throughout the county.
