Shopping with clients that turn into friends is truly one of the best parts of this career. Closing is so bittersweet! You don’t get to see your people as often as you do whole house hunting, but getting to be a part of helping them find home is such a blessing!

Understanding that what you’ll take home as a seller is a much larger picture than just sales price. A lot of sellers can easily get hung up on stopping at sales price before they understand all of the terms of the contract.

Understanding expenses, based upon the terms of the contractor, extremely important. Who is responsible for paying for those terms will ultimately determine your bottom line. So sometimes a lesser sales price with more favorable terms could get you more money than a full price offer with less favorable terms.
