My real estate career began in Denmark in the 1980s, where I sold new-construction homes. During the 1990s, I helped Danish buyers purchase shared-ownership vacation properties in France. I later moved to the United Kingdom, where I co-founded and helped build a successful real estate brokerage with multiple offices. My background also includes finance, mortgage lending, business development, and marketing. Before focusing fully on real estate in Florida, I founded and led businesses and served as chief marketing officer for several online companies. That experience continues to shape how I represent properties today. Selling a home takes more than putting it on the MLS and waiting. My approach begins by identifying the buyers most likely to value a particular property. From there, we build the positioning, message, presentation, and marketing around that audience. The goal is not simply more exposure. It is the right exposure to the right people. I use the same principles when representing buyers. In addition to searching the active market, I can target specific communities and homeowners to identify properties that may not yet be publicly available. Clients can expect honest advice, clear communication, and a straightforward assessment of their options. I will not recommend listing, buying, or selling simply to create a transaction. When I believe a decision is not in a client’s best interest, I say so. Having lived and worked in Denmark, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States, I bring an international perspective to Central Florida real estate.
