Scottsdale is getting some serious national attention. 👀🌵

According to the Henley & Partners USA Wealth Report 2025, Scottsdale ranked as the #1 fastest-growing wealth hub in the U.S., with its resident millionaire population increasing 125% between 2014 and 2024. The report counts Scottsdale together with neighboring Paradise Valley.

And if you live here, it’s not hard to understand the appeal.

The lifestyle, incredible restaurants, golf, resorts, desert views, growing business and tech presence, and some truly beautiful real estate continue to attract people from around the country. The report specifically points to the area’s expanding tech sector as one of the major drivers behind that growth.

For me, this is another reminder that Scottsdale isn’t just a great place to visit — people are choosing to build their lives and their futures here.

Gilbert. We need to talk. 🌿

Because .botanicals just opened right here in our backyard and as someone with a plant situation that is completely out of control — this place is dangerous.

Beautiful, wonderful, I-need-everything danger. 😂

Here's why this shop is unlike anything else in the East Valley 👇

🌵 Houseplants, desert plants, and handmade concrete pots — every planter is designed, poured, and finished by the founders themselves in their Arizona studio. Pieces you genuinely won't find anywhere else.

🪴 A 1980s inspired plant bar where you pick your plant, pick your pot, and they pot it up right in front of you. I'm sorry — a PLANT BAR. 😂

🍵 And a TEA BAR is coming. Plants and tea in one place. Someone made this shop specifically for me and I'm emotional about it.

🌿 What started as a small booth at Phoenix artist markets grew into a Tempe storefront in 2024 — and now they're here in Gilbert. And I could not be more excited about it.

This is exactly the kind of local business that makes Gilbert feel like more than just another suburb. It feels like somewhere someone actually cared enough to build something special.

This one is such a good reminder that a home does not have to be perfectly updated for the right buyer to see its value.

2552 E Brown Rd had space, character, a great lot, and plenty of potential — and the right buyer came along and saw exactly what this property could become.

As the listing agent, I loved getting to help my seller position the home so that potential could shine through. And with Downtown Mesa continuing to grow and evolve, this feels like one of those properties that could look completely different a few years from now.

I cannot wait to see what the new owner does with it. 👀

Gilbert has a new luxury community taking shape, and this is one I think buyers are going to want on their radar. 👀🏡

Granview at Somerset is currently under development near Greenfield and Pecos, and the more details that come out, the more interesting this project gets.

David Weekley Homes is planning a gated community with 75 detached single-family homes on a 42-acre parcel, with homesites ranging from 90 to 105 feet wide. The originally announced floor plans ranged from approximately 3,697 to 5,477 square feet, and Gilbert’s Planning Commission recently reviewed seven new David Weekley home plans for the community.

But here’s the thing…

There are a few details about the plans, lot layout, and what buyers should be watching before homes are released that I wouldn’t overlook.

And I’m keeping a close eye on all of it. 👀

This one was about so much more than finding the right house.

I went for dinner recently and this is definitely one of those places where the whole experience is part of the meal. The moody atmosphere, beautiful presentation, cocktails, and elevated Mexican flavors make it feel a little more special than your typical dinner out.

It’s giving date night, girls’ night, birthday dinner… or “I just wanted an excuse to dress up and eat somewhere cute.” 😂
