It's always great to hear that your clients are happy with referrals regarding contractors.

A little backstory about this property. It's located in Georgetown and sits on a bunch of ledge and so therefore the water was often staining the bathtub, sinks, even clothes in the washing machine.

They had a new well installed, trying to mitigate the issue with no resolve. I referred them to an amazing plumber that I have worked within the past. He was able to install a new filtration system, and there is no more staining!

SCAM ALERT‼️ Stay Vigilant

We received a phone call this morning from the Damariscotta Police Department alerting us of a scam involving one of our properties.

One of the latest scams to hit the areas are young women calling people and telling them that they are being held by the cartel at a certain property, being monitored 24 hours and need money to be released.

Please spread the word and make sure that everyone is aware that if they receive a phone call that they are not sure of to immediately hang up and call the police department.

Yesterday was Exterior Inspection Day, where I drive by all our properties to check on them. I used to refer to them as Drive Bys but someone pointed out that probably wasn’t the best term😂🤔

I decided to bring along a friend to keep me entertained. Turk got to explore the streets of Downtown Damariscotta and of course I had to pay the cheese tax, so he enjoyed a cheeseburger from McDonald’s.
He’s such a distinguished old man💜
