We absolutely love finding local places that have the whole package… great food, good coffee, and an atmosphere that makes you want to sit and stay awhile. Nest is definitely one of those spots. 😍

It’s such a cute, cozy little Bangor gem and the perfect place to stop in, relax for a bit, and enjoy something delicious. ☕️

One of the best parts of what we do is getting to spend so much time in different Maine communities and discovering the businesses that make each one special. Small Business Saturday appreciation post for one of our FAVORITE spots — Bintliff’s Corner Brew in downtown Gardiner. ☕️🤎

We’ve been here before, and somehow every time we come back I’m reminded just how special this place is. It is genuinely one of the most beautiful coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The cozy, eclectic décor, the gorgeous historic Water Street setting, all the little details… it has so much character and is the kind of place you actually want to sit, relax, and stay awhile. ✨

And the food is TO. DIE. FOR. 🤤 Bintliff’s does all-day brunch, and their menu is next level , crème brûlée French toast, homemade corned beef hash, eggs Benedict, veggie home fries, beautiful fresh pastries, specialty coffees… basically everything you could want from a brunch spot. The hardest part is deciding what to order. 😂

There are so many places where you can grab a cup of coffee or breakfast, but places like this are what make supporting local so special. Amazing food, such a warm atmosphere, and a business that adds so much charm to downtown Gardiner.

After a listing appointment in Mercer, we stopped at a familiar favorite Douin’s Market & Diner in New Sharon!

We’ve been to Douin’s before, but this visit was extra special because Ivy got to try her very first whoopie pie and not just any whoopie pie, but their award-winning Original Brownie Whoopie Pie! Based on that face, we’d say she’s officially a fan. 😂🤎

Douin’s is a true local gem, offering everything from diner favorites and fresh bakery treats to groceries, Maine beers and wines, and more. If you’re traveling through New Sharon, be sure to stop in and definitely grab a brownie whoopie pie…or two!
