As you know Bors Law has dedicated much of their work to children’s issues. Lara serves on the Finney County Indigent Panel serving as a Guardian ad litem. Yesterday, she heard a story from her assistant’s daughter, that a student in her classroom was sad because her dad was taken by ICE, but her mom still made her go to school. Her mom had told her that if she wasn’t at home when she got home to go next door and call 911 because she needed placement. Let’s protect our kids. Here is a limited power of attorney to help with that process.

We are so proud of Travis!!

‼️‼️INTRODUCING OUR LIVESTOCK JUDGE‼️‼️

Our judge today is Travis Oliver. Travis recently completed his junior year at Kansas State University, where he is a member of the highly competitive Livestock Judging Team. Most recently, Travis and his teammates were named National Champions in the Meat Animal Evaluation Contest.

Travis grew up in Garden City, Kansas, where he has exhibited pigs his entire life, competing at both the state and national levels across the country. Prior to attending Kansas State, he was a member of the Livestock Judging Team at Hutchinson Community College, where he earned an associate degree in Agriculture.

This fall, Travis will continue judging for Kansas State while completing his bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. After graduation, he plans to remain in Manhattan to pursue a master’s degree in Ruminant Nutrition.

It is a great day for Bors Law! You guessed it! Another ADOPTION DAY!!! We are so excited for these lucky kiddos and their new forever mom and dad! After 1,763 days in foster care their child in need of care cases will be closed and they are excited to officially be a part of their new family. Congratulations!!!!!
