It’s always a wonderful event and a great opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of Clovis Unified’s students and staff while hearing about what’s ahead for the District.

UPDATE: New Amendments Impact Charter School Oversight

Since we first shared our Client News Brief on AB 126, Governor Newsom has signed AB 2467, which makes several cleanup amendments to the new charter school oversight requirements.

We’ve updated our Client News Brief to reflect these changes and provide charter school authorizers with the latest information as they prepare for expanded responsibilities related to audits, fiscal monitoring, site visits, governing body oversight, and more.

Some requirements are already in effect, while additional obligations begin July 1, 2027.
