Suzanne has been in sales from her experience early on as a Parks and Recreation Superintendent for the City of Franklin for over 30 years– yes, always selling the cause and experience that Parks and Recreation can help a community by offering programs, special events and facilities. Promotion to community members and leaders to get more in tune to what really helps a community soar. She continues her love of sales and helping others by assisting clients in finding their perfect home. Suzanne also grew up in a family of Realtors; her father and two grandfathers were Realtors, while two great grandfathers owned their own real estate firms. Kevin and Suzanne are a husband/wife real estate team with strong community ties, both graduating from Leadership Johnson County at Franklin College and supporting a vast array of community groups and associations. Both of them love the outdoors, traveling with family and friends and spending time with their grandchildren. Cal lives in Franklin with his wife Rilee and children Sophie, Sam and Baker. Cal has been a REALTOR since 1996 and a Broker since 2001. Cal has experience as a Broker/Owner as well as a managing Broker. Cal Specializes in residential real estate, commercial real estate, investment properties, new construction, and residential & commercial leasing. Cal attended Ball State University and Franklin College. Cal is also a graduate of Leadership Johnson County.
