💙 A LONG-TIME DREAM COME TRUE 💙
Some moments are about so much more than a business deal. They’re about the years of hard work, the sacrifices no one sees, the setbacks that test you, and the family and friends who continue believing in the dream right alongside you.
Today is one of those moments for Kyle Olson.
Kyle has poured his heart into building his real estate career and serving the communities around him as Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Frontier in Fort Dodge and EXIT Country Realty in Panora. And through plenty of trials, tribulations, long days, difficult decisions, and deals that didn’t always come together the way he hoped, he never stopped working toward a bigger dream.
And now… that dream is becoming reality.
After a deal finally came together with Lee Porter, and with the tremendous support of Brad Sanderson, EXIT Realty Midwest, Kyle is incredibly proud to become the owner of EXIT Realty Midwest!

For our family, this picture represents so much more than an expansion. It represents perseverance. Faith in a dream. Years of hard work. Family support. And refusing to give up when the road wasn't easy.
Behind every accomplishment like this are people who answered the phone, offered advice, picked up the pieces after a disappointment, celebrated the little wins, made sacrifices, and simply said, “Keep going.” We are so thankful for every person who has supported Kyle and his vision along the way.
Kyle, we couldn't be prouder of the businessman, broker, leader, husband, dad, and friend you are. You've worked incredibly hard for this, and watching another piece of your dream fall into place is something our family will never forget.
To Lee and Brad, thank you for your trust, support, and for helping make this next chapter possible.
