To those early bird filers, we will be out of the office from January 22nd through February 2nd. If you'd like to schedule an appointment please call the direct office number on Monday January 27th or Tuesday January 28th. Otherwise, contact as you normally would (text, email, or call) beginning in February.

All LLCs need to have completed a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report on file by the end of the year if you already have not. Failure to do so can result in significant penalties.

If you are personally doing it for your own LLC, visit https://fincen.gov/boi. Make sure it is a .gov website. There are a lot of fakes that are simply trying to charge you. For our clients, you should have received a letter from us already and, if you need assistance, please let us know.

What an amazing surprise today! St. Edmond Catholic School and Holy Trinity Parish - Webster County recently had a Red Mass for the legal profession. While I was unable to make the mass due to Court commitments, I received this incredibly thoughtful and appreciated package of thank you colorings and notes from so many students (I had to put them all on the floor to get them all into a picture).

Thank you to all the students, teachers, and staff for this amazing gift. The legal profession is often filled with dark, difficult cases and gestures like these help brighten the day!

Most commonly asked question so far this tax season: Are we still doing taxes?

Answer: Yes we are. Normally we send out a tax letter in early January, but, due to extremely high demand on the legal side of the practice, we did not get the time to send them out this year and apologize for the inconvenience.

Feel free to drop off your information to either office or call to set up a time.
