Join us in congratulating Forrest City Fire Department Firefighter/Chaplain Frank McMillion on his recent retirement from the fire service on Monday, May 8 from 6p-730p at Station 1, located at 300 Garland Street in FC. FF/Chaplain McMillion dedicated nearly 17 years to the citizens of our community by responding to fires, training, and working shift at the firehouse. He will continue to serve and protect this community and Arkansas as he remains a Sergeant with the Arkansas State Police in Troop D. Chaplain Frank McMillion will continue to serve as our fire department’s Chaplain. Come out to honor FF/Chaplain Frank McMillion with us!
