🏡 Happy Buyers = Happy Realtor 🏡

Helping first time homebuyer's is always special. There are lots of questions, a few nerves, plenty of decisions, and sometimes a few "are we doing this right?" moments along the way.

That's exactly what I'm her for.

I’m so thankful these wonderful folks trusted me to help guide them through the process and into their very first home. Now they get to start a brand new chapter as homeowners, and that’s what makes this job so rewarding.

Always blessed for the folks I get to work with. 🏡

🏡 New Chapter in Wills Point! 🎉

After selling their longtime home in Forney, this wonderful family is officially starting their next chapter in Wills Point, Texas.

There is something special about helping clients transition from one home and season of life into the next. This move took planning, patience, and teamwork, and I’m so happy we were able to help them get to the finish line on both homes.

🎉 Just Sold in Forney! 🎉

Congratulations to our sellers on the sale of their longtime home on Knoxbridge Rd. in Forney.

This one was special. The Forney market has been very competitive, especially in Devonshire, but we stayed the course, adjusted when needed, kept the marketing moving, and found the right buyer for this beautiful home.

From the pool and outdoor living space to the media room, game room, and over 3,300 sq. ft., this home had so much to offer, and I’m thankful we were able to help our sellers get it across the finish line.

Thinking about selling in Forney, Devonshire, or the surrounding area? Let’s talk about what it may take to get your home sold in today’s market.

🎉🏡 Closing Day x 2! 🏡🎉

What a special day for this wonderful Family & Friends.

Today, they closed on their longtime home in Forney and also closed on their beautiful new home in Wills Point. One chapter closes, and a brand-new one begins.

Getting their Forney home sold was definitely a test in a very competitive market, especially in Devonshire, but with the right pricing, marketing, patience, and persistence, we were able to find the right buyer for their lovely home.

I’m so thankful for their trust through both sides of this move and excited for them as they start this next chapter in Wills Point.

Congratulations to our Buyers and Sellers! 🎉
