Over the last few months weeks, I’ve closed on a couple of homes with some truly wonderful people. Of course I’m excited that they found the right home, but what I appreciate most is the relationship that was built along the way.

The paperwork gets signed, the keys get handed over, and the transaction ends but the friendships often don’t.
