Rates/installments, fees, caps, promotions, deadlines, amenities and utilities are subject to change. Rates/installments do not represent a monthly rental amount (and are not prorated), but rather the total base rent due for the lease term divided by the number of installments. Low Rent Guarantee (Our Base Rent Assurance Agreement): if prior to our move-in date of August 20, 2026, we offer a Market Rate for a floor plan and Lease Term identical to the floor plan and Lease Term that is less than the Base Rent Rate that you have previously signed for, you will be offered the opportunity to revise your Lease Agreement to lower Base Rent Rate.
