Closing day!! What was supposed to be a quick 3 week closing turned into seven weeks of uncertainty. Today, we finally crossed the finish line!

Just days before my client was scheduled to sell her home, her buyer switched lenders. What followed was week after week of calls, delays, and changing timelines, all while her next home purchase depended on that sale.

Even this morning, settlement was pushed back, and we were still chasing updates and confirmation that her funds had arrived where they needed to be.

This transaction reinforced why communication matters so much. Clients deserve answers, reassurance, and an agent who understands that asking about their home and their money is never an inconvenience.

Through it all, my client stayed strong. I’m so proud of her and grateful she trusted me to keep advocating for her through every setback.

Now she gets to start her next chapter closer to her daughter and granddaughter, just in time to enjoy the holidays together. That’s the part that makes today so special. Welcome home! 🤗
